After a long interlude, Fiji is now producing coffee from the islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. The varietals growing in Fiji are a mixture of Coffee Arabica and Coffee Liberica along with some Robusta as well. This coffee is essentially wild – not commercially cultivated, but growing wild and certified as organic by Organic Pasifika. The cup can be characterized as Bold, Wild, Smoky with Tobacco highlights.
