There are no duties/taxes on shipments to the USA, although orders valued above $800 may be subject to additional checks at customs. If placing a very large order, we recommend splitting it into shipments that total under $800 to avoid delays.

We accept returns if you have an issue with your order that is the responsibility of Sea Island Coffee. Postage costs to return an order are the responsibility of the customer. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Goods should be sent back to our showroom at: Sea Island Coffee, 164 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London, SW5 0BA, United Kingdom without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you received your order.

Our signature dark roast capsules are a classic Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee grown in the Parish of St. Andrew at an average altitude of 1000 metres. Certified as Grade 1 export quality by The Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica.

Within the capsule is exactly 5.2 grams of coffee which is then prepared by a pressurised system that is rather different from ordinary espresso coffee and which produces excellent consistency of cup.
