Discover the exquisite balance of aroma, body and acidity that make Jamaican coffee so special.
Baronhall Estate:
Baronhall Estate is located near the Cave Valley in St Ann parish and is owned by the Minott family (as is Blue Baron Estate, the family's Blue Mountain coffee farm). Baronhall Estate is one of the oldest and largest family-owned estates in Jamaica whose provenance goes all the way back to King Charles I of England, when the estate was originally granted ownership.
A cup that is clean and crisp, with light acidity and full body, chocolate notes and lovely aroma.
Jamaica High Mountain Supreme:
'High Mountain Supreme' is second only to 'Blue Mountain' in the classification of Jamaican coffee tiers. Typically grown at a slightly lower altitude than Blue Mountain, approximately 600 metres above sea level, Jamaica High Mountain Supreme offers a strikingly similar smooth and full-bodied flavour at a more affordable price.
All of our Jamaica High Mountain Supreme beans are certified as export quality by The Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica.
Peaberry:
A natural occurring mutation of the normal coffee cherry, whereby only a single bean is produced. These smaller, round beans are characterised by their sweetness and robust flavour.
