Finca La Corcovada is grown at one of the most northerly coffee estates in the world. The coffee is produced by Juan Godoy in the Agaete valley of Gran Canaria. The valley enjoys a unique microclimate with temperatures moderated by the cooling trade winds and rich soil shaded by mango and papaya, which produces a fine measured coffee. The production is extremely small and the majority of the coffee is consumed by the producing households and never leaves the island of Grand Canary. This coffee is greatly coveted for its subtle acidity, delicate body and fruity tones.
