Clifton Mount Estate:

Clifton Mount is the oldest continually functioning coffee estate in the world and is recognized for producing the very finest quality Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. The farm with its elegant Great House is located in the Newcastle region of the island and is situated on the Eastern slope of Catherine's Peak at 1300 metres above sea level.

Blue Baron Estate:

Nestled in a ravine of tropical splendour and perched on an incline between 2,000 and 3,000 feet above sea level, Blue Baron Estate has produced the highest quality Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee for many decades on its 67 acres of coffee.  Owned by the Minott family who have been growing and processing coffee for over 68 years, Blue Baron’s trees are harvested up to 20 times over the harvesting period, ensuring that only the very ripest cherries are harvested, then pulped and fermented with natural spring water.

Stoneleigh Estate:

Over 30 years ago St Clair Shirley decided to follow his dream and farm the fabled Jamaica Blue Mountains. Today the Shirley family continue St Clair’s work to produce a coffee of great and consistent quality at the Stoneleigh and St Clouds estates high in the parish of St Andrews and right in the heart of the Jamaica Blue Mountains.

 Flamstead Estate:

Flamstead Estate was founded by Ambassador Carlyle Dunkley in 1982, although this venerable estate has been growing coffee since 1764. Located at 1171 meters above sea level in St Andrews Parish, this is a superb family owned artisanal coffee. Usually covered by the cool mist of the Jamaican Blue Mountains, the coffee also benefits from the shade of banana, plantain and inga vera trees.

Cinchona Estate:

Cinchona Estate is on a hill which forms a spur projecting southward from the Blue Mountain range. Founded in 1868 when the British government embarked on experimental cultivation of Cinchona to expand the range of agricultural products of the colony. From Cinchona one gets a majestic view of Strawberry Hill, the Blue Mountains, Liguanea plains and Kingston. In 2011, St Clair Shirley had the vision to establish a model coffee farm at Cinchona which is only sixty minutes drive from Stoneleigh Coffee Processing Works which allows cherry ripe coffee beans, geisha for the most part, to be pulped, dried and prepared for resting with no delay.

St Clouds Estate:

Farmed by the 2nd generation of the Shirley family, St. Clouds is located in St. Andrew Parish. It lies approximately two miles from the Stoneleigh Coffee Factory and five miles from Mavis Bank at an elevation of 1100 to 1200 meters. The estate comprises approximately 45 acres of Arabica Typica and Geisha coffee beans grown largely in shaded soil.
