Like the Swiss process, the Mountain Water Process only use water and in this case only the clean, pure glacier water from the Pico di Orizaba mountain – Mexico’s highest mountain and the 3rd highest mountain in North American. Grown organically, this particular Mexican Arabica coffee is produced by the BERILO Cooperative in Motozintla de Mendoza, Chiapas, Mexico and is characterized by a bright acidity, medium body, clean, baker’s chocolate, hints of lime.
