A wild Sudanese Arabica varietal found in the Boma plateau of Sudan in the village of Rume, south-east Sudan. Tall stature plant that is especially resistant to coffee plant diseases. Medium yield with large, long beans. Processed as a fully-washed coffee. Taste profile: Ripe fruit notes, blackberry and apricot, hints of flowers and aromatic wood. Low-toned acidity, medium body, light syrupy mouthfeel with sweetly juicy finish.
