Then checkout as normal. By signing up for a subscription, you will be automatically recharged on your chosen delivery period.

Starting your subscription
Choose the subscription option on the product page to receive 10% off the regular price! Select your frequency and then checkout as normal. Your first order will ship immediately, and then continue shipping every 7, 14, 30, or 60 days, depending on how often you chose to receive your coffee.
You'll be automatically re-charged for your subscription on the date the order goes through, depending on your chosen delivery period. You don't have to do anything once you've signed up for your subscription, the orders will keep coming to your door for as long as you'd like them!

Managing your subscription
You can view and manage your subscriptions through your Sea Island account. If you don't already have an account when you checkout with a subscription, you can still access this by making an account at a later date: After checkout, a link to create an account will be emailed to you.
You can access your subscription portal by logging into through the website and clicking the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab under your account. Through the portal you can easily update your delivery address and billing details, edit or skip an order, or increase the frequency whenever you choose. You can also add or swap out products whenever you like.

Subscriptions FAQ
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Subscriptions are charged automatically from the day it was first purchased, and then will continue to charge at whichever frequency you selected at checkout. If you want to edit when you're re-charged, you can do this by logging into your Sea Island account and clicking 'Manage Subscription'.
Why are some products not available on subscription?
A select few coffees are not available on subscription at the moment due to their rarity. For limited time coffees, and those with exceptionally small yields, we do not currently offer a subscription service. This is to ensure that as many customers as possible have the opportunity to try some of our rarest coffees, as well as avoiding anyone's subscription going out of stock quickly.
What happens if an item I have a subscription for goes out of stock?
The Sea Island team will contact you in the unlikely event that a coffee you have a subscription for goes out of stock, and arrange for a replacement or solution until we have the coffee again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your Sea Island account and clicking 'Manage Subscriptions'. If you're having trouble editing or cancelling a subscription, please email us.
