Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping

Sea Island are happy to offer express shipping and tracking to almost every country in the world. For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by Sea Island to ensure your coffee is received as quickly as possible.

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer.

Jamaica Blue Mountain - Signature Collection: A quintessential Jamaica Blue Mountain. Smooth and creamy with a classic floral and nutty profile, a crisp full body, and notes of cocoa, dried fruit, and rose. Exceptionally smooth with a hazelnut aftertaste.

Costa Rica Geisha Honey - Coffea Diversa: A soft, delicate, and quietly complex profile with many aromatics that reward patient attention: flowering grass, lavender, crisp cocoa, hints of molasses, soft pipe tobacco, and a silky mouthfeel.

Galapagos - Santa Cruz Island: A very aromatic fragrance and a light, soft flavour with mild acidity. Very popular for its notes of biscuit, nuts, cocoa, and salted caramel, with a slightly fruity finish. Smooth and very easy to drink.
