Renowned throughout the world for it's incomparable standard of quality and smooth, creamy taste profile, Jamaica Blue Mountain has rightfully earned the nickname of 'The Champagne of Coffee'. Considered one of the best coffees in the world, Jamaica Blue Mountain must meet stringent regulations and be grown under very specific conditions to meet export quality.

Clifton Mount is one of the oldest continually functioning coffee estate in the world and is recognized for producing the very finest quality of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee available. Owned by the Sharp family with whom Sea Island has a very long-standing relationship, the farm and its elegant 'Great House' is located in the Newcastle region of the island and is situated on the Eastern slope of Catherine's Peak, at one of the highest altitudes of any Blue Mountain estate.

Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer. 

UK shipping is free on orders over £100.

For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by us to ensure your coffee arrives as quickly as possible. 

US shipping is free on orders over $250.

Coffee Brewing Bags

Our individually wrapped, single serve coffee bags work just like a tea bag, but for coffee! Delicious, convenient, and eco-friendly. Made of 100% natural fibres - NO plastic.

Brewing instructions:

1. Add coffee bag to cup and pour near-boiling water, ideally 90°C/194°F, over top, completely submerging the bag.

2. Brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on the amount of water used and strength preference.

3. Squeeze bag and remove from cup - enjoy your coffee!
