Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping

Sea Island are happy to offer express shipping and tracking to almost every country in the world. For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by Sea Island to ensure your coffee is received as quickly as possible.

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer.

Information

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe: With aromatics of ripe red berries and floral rose-esque notes, this cup offers the sweet fruitiness of ripe peaches, coupled with a refined lemon-tea acidity and a light body.

Kenya AA Grade: A big, bright citrus acidity, great intense body, and superb balance. Notes of blackcurrent and spices like nutmeg and vanilla are balanced with a chocolatey sugar cane aftertaste and hints of wine and bergamot.

Rwanda Muyongwe CWS: Typical of coffees grown in Muyongwe, these beans have an effervescent citrus flavour profile complete with notes of orange blossom, spices, and raspberry. Highly complex finish with a great elderflower sweetness.
