Stoneleigh Estate is just 60 minutes away from the Stoneleigh Coffee Processing Works, which means that ripe coffee cherries can be pulped, processed, and taken to rest with no delay. Cup is a classic Jamaica Blue Mountain - smooth, with a mild acidity, and a sweet creamy aftertaste.
