We source all our Costa Rican coffee beans from the renowned Coffea Diversa Estate, which sits in the rainforest in the south of Costa Rica, right next to the border of Panama. The owner of Coffea Diversa, Gonzalo Hernandez, is one of the world's leading authorities on coffee varietals, and describes Coffea Diversa Estate as a 'coffee garden' where more than 200 unique and one-of-a-kind varietals are grown with great care.
