Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping

Sea Island are happy to offer express shipping and tracking to almost every country in the world. For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by Sea Island to ensure your coffee is received as quickly as possible.

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer.

In This Gift Set

For the most discerning connoisseurs, these coffees represent some of world's most highly Peaberry beans from St Helena, Hawaii Kona, and the Jamaica Blue Mountains. A 'Peaberry' bean is a natural occurring mutation of the normal coffee cherry, whereby only a single bean is produced. These smaller, rounder beans are characterised by their sweetness and robust depth of flavour.

St Helena - Bamboo Hedge Peaberry: An exceptionally elegant coffee characterised by its subtlety and delicate floral bouquet aroma. Crisply sweet and chocolatey, with notes of stonefruits, honey, and rose, finishing with a velvety smooth mouthfeel.

Jamaica Blue Mountain - Clydesdale Peaberry: A silky smooth cup. Well balanced, with an excellent full body, superior mild taste, and a classic sweet and creamy flavour complete with hints of nuts, biscuit, and chocolate.

Hawaii Kona - Greenwell Peaberry: A classic Kona coffee, exceptionally smooth and elegant, with a bright citrus acidity. Quintessential notes of caramel, milk chocolate, cherry, and florals are finished by aromatic spices.
