Hacienda La Esmeralda Grand Reserve is one of the world’s most celebrated coffees, grown at approximately 1,850 metres in the cool, misty highlands of Boquete, Panama. Run by the Peterson family, the estate’s mountainous microclimate slows the ripening of the coffee cherries, producing a remarkably dense and flavourful bean with exceptional aromatic complexity.
