Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping

Sea Island are happy to offer express shipping and tracking to almost every country in the world. For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by Sea Island to ensure your coffee is received as quickly as possible.

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer.

In This Gift Set

Some of our rarest varieties, these wild animal coffees are uniquely original, delicious, and ethically sourced. Wild animal coffee is some of the scarcest coffee in the world, with much of the supply dwindling due to climate change and animal endangerment. All our animal coffee is 100% wild and foraged.

Information

Wild Kopi Luwak - Northern Sumatra: This is a wonderfully balanced and velvety coffee with a caramel sweetness and a creamy, nutty, and slightly earthy finish. With notes of hazelnut, dark cocoa, grape, and sugar cane.

Wild Jacu Bird - Brazil: Sweet, full-bodied, and smooth, with unique tasting notes of cinnamon, maple syrup, aniseed, and even hints of brown bread. Finished with pleasant nutty tones redolent of peanuts and hazelnut.

Wild Toucan Geisha - Costa Rica: A classic geisha, though deeper, sweeter, and with more pronounced flavours due to the unique toucan process. Full bodied and fruity, very smooth, with tropical and floral overtones.
