Wild Toucan Coffee

Exclusively available at Sea Island, this is an innovative way of producing coffee, working in harmony with the nature and animals living around Coffea Diversa's farm. The only known Toucan animal processed coffee in the world, these coffee cherries are foraged from Aracari Toucan's that live freely around the coffee garden and surrounding forest in Costa Rica. The result is an intense and rich cup profile with pronounced flavour notes, a result of this unique process.
