About This Coffee

Renowned throughout the world for it's incomparable standard of quality and smooth, creamy taste profile, Jamaica Blue Mountain has rightfully earned the nickname of 'The Champagne of Coffee'. Considered one of the best coffees in the world, Jamaica Blue Mountain must meet stringent regulations and be grown under very specific conditions to meet export quality.

The mountains are distinguished by their unique micro-climate and location which provide the ideal circumstances for growing high-quality coffee: at high-altitude on a tropical island, where near constant mist and cloud cover gives perfect shading and temperature, and the cool sea breezes provide ideal moisture levels.

Roasting

We roast all our coffee beans in small artisanal batches each day to preserve freshness and consistency. All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.

The majority of our coffees are medium roasted as a standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our coffees or the way we roast.

Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from our roastery in the UK.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days, although large orders containing multiple varieties of roasted coffee may take slightly longer.

UK shipping is free on orders over £100.

For international orders, shipping costs and any duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid for at checkout - Any charges at customs are then dealt with in advance by us to ensure your coffee arrives as quickly as possible.

US shipping is free on orders over $250.

Cinchona Estate

Nestled in the heart of the Jamaican Blue Mountains at approximately 1400 metres above sea level, Cinchona Estate stands as the most exquisite of all the Blue Mountain Estates owned by the Shirley family. This revered estate benefits from the optimal altitude, rich volcanic soil, and misty microclimate that imparts the famously smooth and harmonious characteristics of Blue Mountain coffee to these beans. Grown under the personal supervision of the Stoneleigh Chairman, every coffee cherry is nurtured to perfection, ensuring an unparalleled and distinctive flavour profile.
