The modern coffee plant as we know it was born somewhere in the region of south-west Ethiopia and the region remains steeped in coffee. The region’s proud majestic heritage as the birthplace of coffee is well represented in the rich flavour of the beans it continues to produce. This coffee has aromatics of ripe red berries and in the cup offers the sweet fruitiness of tinned peaches coupled with a refined acidity.
