Refund policy

We offer returns or exchanges if you have any issue with your order that is the responsibility of Sea Island Coffee. Postage costs to return an order are the responsibility of the customer. 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Goods should be sent back to our showroom at: Sea Island Coffee, 164 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London, SW5 0BA, United Kingdom without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you received your order.
